The Ecobest panel consists of: 1. The panel core made of expanded polystyrene, which is non-toxic, non-flammable, self-extinguishing and chemically inert. 2. The two high-strength galvanized steel meshes that surround our insulating core, the expanded polystyrene. The two meshes are connected to each other using vertical joints made of the same material, which are electro-welded to them. .

Ecobest wall panels are available in thicknesses ranging from 3 to 33cm and in heights of up to 8m, depending on the architectural needs of each construction, and are available upon request.

After completing the assembly and wall construction and anchoring to the frame, we proceed with covering the structure of our building with Ecobest cladding panels, achieving two-way insulation and a homogeneous external surface of the building, eliminating traditional cracks between the frame and the wall.

The installation of Ecobest panels is very simple and easy. The panels can be easily transported and installed by one or two people without the use of any additional tools. Once the frame of the structure is completed, we proceed with the installation of of construction iron supports on the frame. These supports are the points where a permanent and strong anchoring connection will be achieved between the frame and the wall. .

Next, the panels are connected to each other according to the architectural design and anchored onto the supports. During the formation of the wall, there is great architectural flexibility in terms of the shapes of openings, circular walls, curved walls, etc.

The covering of the frame of our construction is done with Ecobest cladding panels, creating a unified surface with the wall and eliminating thermal bridges as well as traditional cracks between the frame and the wall. In the case of a metal frame, it is completely embedded in the wall, thus completely solving the problems that arise in the connection of the metal frame and the traditional masonry.

The electromechanical installations are installed very easily using a heat gun to shrink the expanded polystyrene behind the metal mesh. The pipes are placed behind the metal mesh after some openings are made on it. The junction boxes are traditionally secured with mortar to the masonry.

The plastering of ECOBEST masonry is carried out either traditionally or using a plaster spraying machine, just like in the case of traditional masonry, and specialized materials and personnel are not required.
